Pastel hair madness for spring!

As time goes by, I oftenly saw the trend of pastel hair on red carpets, this is why I decided to adopt it myself! Sorry mom... I couldn't resist!

It’s been a while that I literally loved Kelly Osbourne lilac hair!

I built a Pinterest board with some specific looks and hair coloring that I like: turquoise, pink, grey/silver, lilac, etc. I chose obviously lavender! Then I started looking for the right hair salon that will be able to do this vibrant color; I picked  Le 7 Carré in HOMA.

Why this salon? They are using Elumen from Goldwell products which are recognized for their bright color miracles. This product will fix the color by ion exchange (positive and negative). It’s oxidant-free, has a great durability and it’s ammonia-free.

Here’s a couple of examples that I showed to the talented hair stylist-colorist Vanessa Boucher that we got inspired to realize my coloring:

And this is after a month:

In order to keep my color intense, I used Color Extend Rich Recovery from Redken treatment weekly.

Overall, I’m very satisfied about my experience, my color faded a little but just enough. I would like to get it more cool ash tone, I will have to go back a few times to get the exact lilac that I want. I do not regret this move to go to pastel and I suggest you to live the experience if you enjoy this trend.
