AURORA – Winter 2014 collection from Lise Watier
For the cold season, Lise Watier was inspired by the aurora borealis: the glorious natural phenomenon that bathes the sky in gentle, sweeping colours. The beauty of the northern lights takes shape in these luminous, shimmering seasonal products that capture the spectacle in our starry canadian night skies.
It’s already this time of the year! Even if I don’t really like the winter time (I’m more a hot weather and beach girl), I must admit that I love this time of the year because the beauty brands are launching their limited winter collections, often with glitters, gold and silver. This season, I’m falling in love with the AURORA collection from Lise Watier, offered in limited edition. I’m in LOVE with the colours of the collection, especially the violet!

Iridescent eyeshadow

One word: WOW! I’m in love! The violet shade is amazing and it’s perfect for my green eyes. The colours of these sumptuous powders, embedded with glittering micro-particles, change as they catch the light. Coppery highlights appear in the violet shade, while hints of green emerge from the teal. The ultimate effect is one of subtle shimmer and elegance. Celestial light powder

I love the light powders, it’s not too much, just enough to add a little light on your cheeks! This delicate, feather-light powder adds a shimmer of light to the face and body. The blend of iridescent rose, brown and gold tones gives the skin a subtle
and luminous glow. Beauty tip of David Vincent, international makeup artist for Lise Watier:”Apply a small amount to the apples of the cheeks or brush gently over the entire face for a luminous glow. For a shimmering veil effect on the body, apply to the neckline and shoulders.”
High shine lip gloss
