Report Fitness gym

How to describe the new training center Fitness Report in three words? Short, intense and effective. Here are the watchwords of the founder Alessia B. Kofftun, when she opened Report Fitness last spring. Exit the monotonous workouts that last an eternity. Here, they only take 30 minutes of your time. Not enough you think? The challenge is on!

The structure of the workouts are based on the principle of HIIT meaning High Intensity Interval Training. This type of training, alternating high intensity exercises with short rest, no longer has to prove itself. Studies clearly show that this is the best way to improve fitness and weight loss as well.

Report Fitness is a minimalist training center. As you walk in, there is the small reception area, a few steps away and you are in the exercise room and then the locker room at your right. Nothing more, nothing less and it’s perfect like that. The exercises performed are mostly done with body weight, but they also use Kettlebell, sandbags and jump ropes.

Classes can accommodate about twenty persons, ranging from beginners to athletes, because coaches offer personalized support and adapt the pace to everybody.

Here is an example to get you started… In my try, we did 3 sets of a chain of three different exercises in intervals of 40 seconds at high intensity, with 10 seconds of rest. You want more? Enjoy their intro offer: only 20$ for 2 weeks of unlimited access. I assure you, you won’t regret it!
